Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe to fly (high winds, rain, low visibility), we'll reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts closely and will reach out in advance if we need to adjust.

Yes, we carry full commercial drone liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request — often required for commercial properties and events.

We're based locally but travel anywhere in the country for the right project. Travel beyond 50 miles is billed at $0.65/mile. For multi-day out-of-state shoots, we'll quote travel and accommodation separately.

Edited videos are delivered as H.264 MP4 files optimized for web, social, and broadcast. Raw footage (if included or added on) is delivered in the original 4K format via a private download link.

Absolutely. All packages include full commercial usage rights. The footage is yours to use across your website, social media, advertising, and marketing materials without restriction.
