ZOHO : Click here to download and install Zoho Assist.  On Mac computers you will need to give ZOHO permission on Screen Recording and Accessibility under System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy.

To start a remote on a Windows computer click the button below download the remote app and then make sure to run and provide your ID back to technician.
